A minimalistic books read log. Fits three books per page. Each entry has title, author, a star rating, a line for tags (genre, tropes, content) or a favourite quote, date started, date finnished, format (physical, e-book, audio book), a space for summary or review and a box to paste the book cover.

Print double-sided to save paper and space in your planner or journal setup.
